Terms of Service

These terms govern use of HappyGarden (happygarden.app), childcare software for daycare centers, home daycares, and nanny programs.

The service

We provide software for attendance, family messaging, meals, health logs, admissions, and invoicing. Features marked as rolling out (including live Stripe payouts) may not be available on every center. You are responsible for the accuracy of records your staff enter.

Accounts

You must be authorized to operate the center you create. Keep staff logins and kiosk PINs under your control. Do not share demo or test credentials on a public login page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another center’s data, probe other tenants, or use the product to store unlawful content. We may suspend a site that puts children, families, or the platform at risk.

Billing

Published prices are on /pricing. Free and trial plans may change. You can cancel from your account; fees already incurred are not refunded unless required by law.

Limitation

The software is provided as-is. HappyGarden is not a substitute for licensing, first aid, or professional legal/medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.
