HappyGarden is childcare software for daycare centers, home daycares, and nanny programs. This policy explains what we collect when you use happygarden.app and related apps.

What we collect

Center accounts store organization profile, staff, children, attendance, meals, messages, incidents, medications, and billing records you enter. Parents see information for their linked children. We also collect account emails, authentication data, and basic device/log data needed to run the service.

How we use it

We use this data to operate the product you signed up for: classroom operations, family communication, compliance records, and invoicing. We do not sell children’s personal information. We do not use children’s records to train public AI models.

Who we share with

Subprocessors that host the product today include Supabase (database and auth) and Vercel (web hosting). If you enable card payments, Stripe processes payment data. Email delivery may use Resend. We share data with these providers only to run the service.

Your choices

Center owners can export or request deletion of their organization’s records. Parents should contact their center first; we will help the center fulfill a valid request. Contact privacy@happygarden.app for privacy questions.

Children

HappyGarden is a business tool used by licensed or registered childcare providers. Child records are entered by the center, not by children themselves. We treat those records as sensitive and restrict access with roles and row-level security.
